If you’re not sure whether Live and Breathe Coaching is the right service for you, here are some questions to help you decide. Though the best way to work out if and how I can support you is to book a free exploratory call.

  • Do you need to find time for reflection and support to get past anything that’s getting between you and your goals?

  • Do you need some time out from your busy schedule to decompress, ‘recharge your batteries’ and let go of tension?

  • Do you ever struggle to express yourself with courage and authenticity when you’re under pressure? (Like when a conversation gets heated, or when you have to give a presentation/performance?)

  • Do you have a lot of responsibility for supporting people, passion for a social cause and a high risk of burnout?

  • Would you like to develop strategies and tools to support you to navigate difficult and sensitive conversations?

  • Would you like to learn more about how working with your body can support you to deepen your connection to yourself and others, and communicate authentically?

  • Would you like a space where you can show up as you really are without having to mask or worry about whether you’ll be welcomed?

If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’, then I believe Live and Breathe Coaching is for you! My approach is collaborative and tailored to the needs of each individual. Why not schedule a free exploratory call? It’s a chance to chat informally and get a sense of whether you feel this is the right person, place and time to help you go for your goals.

LIVE AND BREATHE COACHING’S VALUES AND APPROACH:

  • You are the expert in your own life – I have knowledge, skills and support to help me in this work, but nobody knows you better than you do!

  • It’s important that you know you can say no. Any suggestions I make of tools, practices or resources to try out are just that – suggestions. You are in control and we’ll collaborate to figure out what works best for you.

  • I offer a Whole Person approach that takes ‘head, heart and body’ into account, and is trauma informed. I believe there is much to be gained from tuning into what our physical sensations and emotions have to teach us.

  • I don’t believe in ‘sticking plaster’ or ‘magic wand’ approaches to complex, human issues. Sustainable change tends to require courage and commitment, and sometimes it can be uncomfortable. I’ll be there to support through the sticky parts of the process and celebrate the wins (even the smallest ones).
