Breathwork
I offer individual breathwork sessions to help you let go of physical tension, process emotion, and bring your nervous system back into balance. I use a trauma-informed technique called Psyche Breath, developed by performance psychology specialists at Noble House. Every session is paced to whatever feels right for you.

Any conscious breathing technique used to support wellbeing could be called breathwork.
Most of my sessions involve sitting or lying down and working with full, diaphragmatic breathing for up to an hour – usually with music playing in the background. I can offer hands-on support for the breath, or alternatives like a weighted blanket, if that feels helpful to you.
Diaphragmatic breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system – the part of you that lets go of tension rather than braces against it. Most sessions open and close with a short period of coaching and reflection, so whatever comes up in the breath session has somewhere to go.
It’s ideal for people who are carrying stress, tension or trauma responses and want to feel more grounded, and people who simply want to work on their breathing itself – for long covid, asthma, or singing and performance.*
(* Research shows that practising diaphragmatic breathing can meaningfully increase lung capacity – but this isn't a medical service. If you have any concerns about your health, please see a medical professional first.)

Coaching works mostly with your thinking – what's actually going on, what's getting in the way, what might help.
Breathwork works with your body and nervous system directly. That’s important, because a lot of what makes burnout, anxiety or stuck patterns so hard to shift isn't just how you think about them – it's what's held in your body.
Some clients come to me for breathwork on its own. Others bring it into ongoing coaching, using it as a way to notice and work with what's happening in the body during a session, not just what's being said.
You don’t need to be in coaching to book a breathwork session, and you don’t have to do breathwork as part of coaching with me.

I do breathwork sessions from wellbeing spaces in North London, because it works best in person. The hands-on elements – and simply having someone else's calm attention in the room with you – are a real part of what makes it work, and something a video call can’t fully replace. But the techniques you’ll learn can help you stay grounded during coaching sessions and throughout your life.
