Is this for me?

If you’re not sure I’m the right coach for you, here are some questions to help you decide.

(Or just ask! Drop me a message or voicenote and let me know what you’re looking for)

  • Do you need time for reflection and support to get past something that’s getting between you and your goals?

  • Do you need time out from your busy schedule to decompress, recharge, and let go of tension?

  • Do you ever struggle to express yourself with courage and authenticity when you’re under pressure – like a difficult conversation, a presentation or performance?

  • Do you have a lot of responsibility for supporting people, passion for a social cause and a high risk of burnout?

  • Would you like to learn how working with your body can deepen your connection to yourself and others and help you communicate with presence and authenticity?

  • Do you want a space where you can show up as you really are, without having to mask or worry whether you’ll be welcomed?

How I coach

  • You are the expert in your own life.
I have knowledge, skills and support to help me as a coach, but nobody knows you better than you do!

  • You can always say no.
Any suggestions I make of tools, practices or resources to try out are just that – suggestions. You’re in control and we’ll figure out what works best for you.

  • A whole-person approach connecting head, heart and body, that is trauma-informed. Our physical sensations and emotions have a lot to teach us.

  • No ‘sticking plaster’ or ‘magic wand’ approaches to complex, human issues. Sustainable change requires courage and commitment, and sometimes it can be uncomfortable. I’ll be there to support you through the sticky parts of the process and celebrate all your wins, even the small ones!
