Who I am

For over a decade, I led wellbeing services, delivered frontline casework, managed staff, and delivered policy and funding reports to Trustees in some of the highest-pressure corners of the third sector – youth homelessness, care leavers, domestic violence support. I know what it looks like when an organisation's culture of ‘niceness’ costs people their ability to raise a concern, and what it takes to build something better.

Since 2020, I've worked as an associate with Oasis Human Relations, delivering executive development and whole-person, whole-system consultancy to public and third-sector leaders navigating structural change, burnout, and difficult conversations. I currently deliver facilitation and training across several organisations on themes of inclusion, courageous communication, and staff wellbeing.

I'm now developing The Kindling Space, a pilot programme launching with a partner organisation, to help teams reduce burnout and support staff more sustainably – bringing together what I've learned leading through some of the highest-pressure environments in the sector, and what I understand, first-hand, about what makes people burn out in the first place.

The Kindling Space

The Kindling Space is a partnership project providing specialist, psychologically informed support for young adults and the people and organisations who walk alongside them.

It brings together strengths‑based coaching, trauma‑informed practice, and participant‑led programme design to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, safe and valued, and are equipped to navigate complex systems and challenging circumstances.
